Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect what we need to run AudioProducer.ai and to understand how it is used. We use analytics and advertising tools, and one of them records an anonymized replay of your session — all of them are named below, with nothing left out. We do not sell your personal information for money. You can switch off the advertising tools and the session recording at any time using the control near the bottom of this page, and nothing about the product will stop working.
Your books, manuscripts, and generated audio are yours. We do not sell them, publish them, or hand them to advertisers.
What we collect
Information you give us. Your email address and account details when you register; your billing details when you subscribe, which go to Stripe rather than to us; the manuscripts, text, and other content you upload in order to have audio generated from it; and anything you write to us in a support message.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the referring site, and your in-product actions. The tools listed in the next section are how this happens.
We do not collect your date of birth, your gender, your mailing address, or your precise GPS location, and we do not buy personal information about you from data brokers or social networks.
Every third-party tool we load
Each of these is operated by a company other than us and receives your IP address and your activity on this site when it runs. Tools marked can be switched off are covered by the opt-out control below.
Matomo — InnoCraft Ltd (Matomo Cloud)
Our primary product analytics. Records page views and in-product events — projects created, chapters imported, audio generated — so we can see which features are actually used.

Google Analytics 4 — Google LLC
Audience and traffic analytics, property G-J7FEYPDPB4. This property is linked to our Google Ads account, which is why loading it also writes an advertising cookie and contacts doubleclick.net.

Google Ads — Google LLC
Conversion measurement and remarketing, account AW-655945723. Tells us which Google ad led to a sign-up or purchase, and lets Google build advertising audiences that can be shown ads elsewhere.

Meta Pixel — Meta Platforms, Inc.
Conversion measurement for Facebook and Instagram advertising, dataset 1506026001279031. This dataset is shared with another site we operate, swiftlambda.com; the two are told apart by the address of the page the event came from.

Smartlook — Smartlook.com, s.r.o.
Session recording. Reconstructs an anonymized replay of how a visitor moved through the site — pages, clicks, scrolling — so we can find where the interface confuses people.

Stripe — Stripe, Inc.
Payments and fraud prevention. Sets cookies that let Stripe recognize fraudulent activity across the sites it serves. We never see or store your full card number.

About the session recording specifically
Smartlook deserves to be called out rather than buried in a list, because “session recording” sounds more invasive than people expect and we would rather over-explain it.
It reconstructs a replay of your visit from the structure of the page and your interactions with it. It is not a recording of your screen, your camera, or your microphone. Critically, we have not enabled the options that would capture what you type: the contents of form fields, email addresses, phone numbers, and IP addresses are all off, which is Smartlook’s default and which we have deliberately left alone. Payment fields are inside Stripe’s own frame and are technically unreachable by it regardless.
If you would rather not be recorded at all, the opt-out below stops it before it starts — the recorder is never even downloaded.
How we use it
To run the service — authenticating you, generating the audio you ask for, and enforcing the limits of your plan. To support you, which sometimes means looking at your project to investigate a failure you have reported. To bill you, if you are on a paid plan. To improve the product, by seeing which features get used and where people get stuck. And to measure our advertising, which is what the Google and Meta tools are for.
We do not train AI models on your manuscripts for our own purposes, and we do not share your content with advertisers.
Who else receives your information
The tools named above, each within the scope described there. Our infrastructure providers, who host the service and store your files. Stripe, for payments. And any party we are legally required to disclose to — a court order, a subpoena, or a law-enforcement demand we judge to be valid. If the business is ever sold or merged, account information would transfer with it, and we would say so here before that took effect.
That is the complete list. We do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we do not disclose it to anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep things
Account information is kept while your account is open, and for a limited period afterward for billing records and fraud prevention. Your uploaded content and generated audio are kept until you delete them or close your account. Analytics data is retained by the tools above under their own schedules. Session recordings expire automatically and are not kept indefinitely.
To delete your account and its content, use the account settings page or email info@AudioProducer.ai.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and payment card numbers never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we hold no card numbers to lose, which removes the worst category of breach outright.
Children
AudioProducer.ai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your under-13 child has created an account or given us personal information, email info@AudioProducer.ai and we will delete it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
California residents
This section is your Notice at Collection. The categories of personal information we collect are: identifiers (email, IP address, account ID); commercial information (your subscription and purchase history); internet activity (pages viewed, in-product actions, session replays); and the content you upload. The purposes are the ones listed under “How we use it”, and the categories of recipients are listed under “Who else receives your information”.
We do not sell personal information for money. We want to be direct rather than hide behind that wording, though: running the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel does amount to “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as California defines it. So we treat it as sharing, and the control below is how you stop it.
You may also ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@AudioProducer.ai. We will not treat you any differently for asking.
Do not sell or share my personal information
This switches off the Google Ads tag, the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and the Smartlook session recording. It needs no account and no explanation, takes effect on your next page load, and is stored per browser — so repeat it on your other devices. Matomo analytics keeps running so we can still count traffic; it is not an advertising tool and it never receives your identity.

We also honor Global Privacy Control automatically. If your browser sends that signal, you are already opted out on every page. We do not act on the older “Do Not Track” header, which browsers send inconsistently and which was never given an agreed meaning.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects what we collect or who receives it, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
